SmartPaki EE operates at smartpaki-ee.com and delivers smart locker solutions across Estonia. We provide parcel lockers, click & collect terminals, and secure storage systems for offices, residential buildings, retail, and logistics operators. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we need it, and how we protect it.

Inquiry and order forms. When you submit a contact or quote request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details of your inquiry. We use this information solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and follow up on potential projects.

Usage and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site—pages viewed, time spent, and referral sources. This helps us improve navigation and content. Analytics data is pseudonymized and does not identify individuals.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type, and access timestamps in server logs for security and troubleshooting. These logs are retained for 90 days.

This site uses two types of cookies. Essential cookies keep your session active and remember your language preference; they cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) track visits and behavior to help us improve the site. You can manage analytics cookies through our consent banner or your browser settings. If you decline analytics cookies, we will not track your visit beyond essential logs.

When you first visit this site, a consent banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site, or by contacting us directly. Essential cookies remain active because they are necessary for the site to function.

We share data with a small set of trusted processors. Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) processes pseudonymized usage data under a data-processing agreement that complies with GDPR. Hosting provider (located in the EU) stores site files and server logs in their Frankfurt data center. Email service (EU-based) delivers inquiry confirmations and quote follow-ups. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact and quote requests are retained for two years after the last interaction, or until you ask us to delete them. If you become a customer, we retain your data for the duration of the contract plus seven years to meet accounting and warranty obligations. Analytics data is anonymized after 14 months by Google Analytics. Server logs are automatically purged after 90 days.

Under GDPR and Estonian data-protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or receive a portable copy of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for analytics tracking or object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@smartpaki-ee.com with your request. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps and, where applicable, fulfill the request within 30 days.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: HTTPS encryption for data in transit, restricted access to databases, regular security patches, and EU-based hosting that complies with GDPR. While no system is entirely immune to breaches, we monitor our infrastructure continuously and will notify you and the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate within 72 hours if a breach affects your personal data.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect new features, legal requirements, or feedback. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if you are an active contact or customer, notify you by email. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
