Questions before ordering
What happens after I place an order?
You receive a written confirmation within one working day. No payment is taken until we confirm the delivery date and complete the site survey. Lead time is typically 3–4 weeks from order confirmation to installation.
Is site preparation required?
You need a flat concrete or asphalt surface, one power outlet (230V), and network access (Ethernet or 4G signal). Our installer will anchor the unit, connect power and network, and test the system on delivery day. Most installations finish in under four hours.
What warranty and support do I get?
All models come with a two-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor. First-year technical support and software updates are included in the purchase price. After warranty, you can add an annual service contract or call for repairs as needed.
Can I customize compartment sizes or add options?
Standard models ship with fixed compartment layouts shown in the product specs. Optional extras — heating module, UPS backup, keyless-car signal shielding, custom RAL colors — can be added at order time. Lead time may extend by one week for custom options.
Do you offer leasing or monthly rental?
Yes. Rental starts from €195/month and includes insurance, software, and support. Leasing terms are 36 or 48 months with a buyout option. Contact us for a rental quote tailored to your model and contract length.
