Common questions
How long does installation take?
A single outdoor unit is typically installed, connected, and tested in one day. Larger parcel walls and custom integrations are scheduled based on site preparation and your IT team's availability for API setup.
What happens if the network goes down?
The controller stores handover events locally and syncs them when connectivity returns. Optional UPS backup power keeps the system running through short outages, and we monitor uptime remotely.
Can I integrate the locker with my existing system?
Yes. The Qeeper PRO API accepts booking requests, returns compartment status, and sends handover confirmations—so your ERP, service desk, or e-commerce platform can assign compartments directly.
What if I need a custom size or configuration?
We manufacture custom parcel walls, oversized compartments for bulky items, and branded housings in your company colors. Share your floor plan and handover requirements, and we'll specify the configuration.
Is training included?
